Terms of Service

Agreement:
- By commissioning me you agree my Terms of Service.
- Slots are not first come first serve, as I reserve the right to deny commissions that I am not interested in or comfortable with.
Regarding commissioned artwork:
- Unless otherwise agreed upon, artwork is not to be used commercially. Using it as profile picture on SNS such as twitter is fine, but credit should be given.
- The client does not claim to be the artist of the commissioned artwork.
- The client will not edit, modify, or otherwise alter the commissioned artwork.
- The artwork will not be used to harrass, insult or otherwise inconvenience people.
Regarding Live2D models:
- I reserve the right to display showcase videos on social media such as Twitter or YouTube or on my website as a portfolio piece after the model has been debuted.
- The client agrees to credit me as either Rigger, ママ/パパ or Live2D animator for their Live2D model on social media platforms (such as twitch, twitter, youtube, etc.). This credit must easily identify me and not obscure any information. In cases where I am also the model designer and/or artist, that information must be displayed as well.
- I will ask for your consent to stream or otherwise post rigging updates on social media. If you are not okay with this being shared, please state it.
- Keep in contact with me and provide feedback when I provide you with updates.
- You’re not a minor.
- You will not use money that is not yours. If I somehow receive verifiable confirmation of the contrary, I will cancel the commission, refund (if applicable) however much money is reasonable (see further down under Refunds) and not work with you in future. If I do find out retroactively, I will refuse to make any alterations or additions to your finished model and will stop working with you.
- If the client behaves in an unprofessional manner or has been untruthful, I reserve the right to stop the work on the model right then and there. No refund will be issued for progress that has already been finished in the rigging process. No work file will ever be provided, unless in very specific cases and an additional fee is paid.
- Absolutely not file for PayPal disputes or chargebacks and agree to contacting me first for refunds or corrections on your commission.
- You will contact me in case you resell your model. You will absolutely not resell it for a higher price than initially commissioned.
Process:
- I will announce when my commission slots open on Twitter. A google form + questionnaire will be provided and potential clients can fill it out.
- Upon either on accepting or denying the potential client, a response will be sent through the preferred means of contact specified by the client. (email or twitter)
- If the model PSD if not done yet, I am open to helping the artist with cutting for guidance and feedback throughout the model making process. This can be done either through email, or DMs on twitter or a discord group DM.
- If the finished PSD needs fixes, the client will be informed. They can either choose for their artist or me to make fixes. In either case, an additional fee may apply, in case detailed cutting/filling instructions are needed for the artist or I need to make those changes myself.
- Once the PSD is approved for rigging, I’ll send the first invoice. Please take into account that some details could be missed and may need fixing during the rigging process, I take responsibility for anything I might have missed.
- As soon as the first invoice is paid, I’ll start with the rigging process.
- I send progress as I deem fit or the client requests it (see Revisions).
- Once finished, I’ll either send a video or join a Discord call to show the model and its features, after this the client may solicit adjustments or give an OK to the model. After being given an OK, I’ll send the second Invoice.
- Once the second invoice is paid, I will send the model via Google Drive link, the model stays up on my Drive account for the client to download again if needed or via email in a zip.
- After the model delivery, I am willing to sit down with the client in a video call to help with setting up the model within VTubeStudio, to guarantee smooth and responsive movement.
Payment:
- All payments will be via PayPal or Wise through an invoice. I do not take gift cards, NFT or crypto.
- All prices are shown in €
Time:
- You can provide any deadline you want for rigging, the minimum amount of time being 1 month from the PSD being approved. Taking a spot or being put on the waitlist does not count into this timeframe. Please understand that this is to provide the best quality.
- Detailed cutting instructions may take 1-4 days to complete. If they do end up taking longer, I will inform the client.
- If for any reason I can’t complete the model by the agreed upon deadline, I will inform the client in a timely manner in order to try and sort out a solution.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued depending on the progress of the commission. If head XYZ only are
- Separation instructions and provided PSD fixes are not refundable.
- Refunds will only be issued after coming to an agreement with the client. The amount and termination needs to be confirmed via email.
I will not issue any refund if:
- the model has been delivered.
- the client is dissatisfied with anything and didn’t provide feedback during the rigging process or gave it approval before.
- major revisions are requested but unpaid.
Getting a refund will terminate the commission.Revisions and feedback:
-The client can request progress revisions up to 5 times during the process for free, any more will be charged on the final invoice.
-If I show any progress without the client requesting it, the client keeps all the revision opportunities. This will be the main way for the client to make sure the model is what and how they want, be honest and provide as much info as you can, highlighting and providing references if needed.
-Big changes may be charged, but will always be discussed with the client.
-Minor fixes within reason may be free even after the model has been delivered.
-The client is expected to give feedback within 48 hours from the requested progress being sent. This can be extended if the client provides a reason beforehand. If feedback is not given, it’ll be considered as approved and the rigging will continue, if the client wants changes after the time that’ll use one of their 5 options.
In cases where the commissioner is unable to respond due to health or other unforeseen circumstances, the above does not apply.
-Being overly nit-picky won’t be accepted if it gets excessive. This includes continuous requests for minor fixes after delivery.
